We are finding ourselves in interesting times.
As the energies of the planet accelerate, change becomes inevitable. Both as individuals and collectively we are being asked to step up, to release that which no longer serves us, and to allow ourselves to shine brightly.
No matter where we are on our own personal journey, we can be a lighthouse to those who walk beside us. There’s no coincidence to the people who cross our path.
I’ve been on a journey of evolution.
Who I am today is light years beyond the woman I was ten years ago.
I’ve been evolving, growing, exploring and innovating, but while that is happening behind the scenes in the personal interface of my life, I’m also being called to bring that work into the world.
In the past year I’ve had doors open for me which invite me to step into a much bigger arena. I know that these doors are being opened for me by Spirit. They are an invitation.
Whilst I am an introvert at heart, and love nothing more than hiding away in my beautiful home sanctuary with my three fabulous felines, these doors will put me in the spotlight.
How do I feel about that? I’m torn. I can see that Spirit will work through me in these adventures, and together we will touch millions of lives. And these are lives that need touching, so that very thought brings tears to my eyes.
It also calls me way out of my comfort zone, and into a spotlight that I’ve never asked for.
Six months ago, I said to a friend that the sheer thought of becoming visible in such a large way feels like I’m being dragged across the dirt, naked, with my hands tied behind my back. It’s painful!
It’s brought up the human fears of “am I good enough?”, and “what if I can’t do what I think I can do?”, ie. the imposter syndrome. Being in the public eye will inevitably attract people who love my work, and those who don’t, so I ponder how I will feel when faced with the comments of those who don’t like my message.
Yet life is always a choice. And although I acknowledge the humanness of this journey and the emotions it brings up, I can feel at the same time an incredible inpouring of ideas into my Being, which I can’t wait to share with those who need it.
And that’s what brings me to the three big adventures I have coming up, which I can’t wait to share with you!
Adventure #1 – The New Woo

In December 2025, I received a phone call from Lawrence Ellyard, founder of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
Lawrence and I have known each other for over 20 years. I first met Lawrence in 2006, when I was listing Raindrop Technique with IICT as an approved modality, and more recently Egyptian Emotional Clearing Technique and other 3 other essential oil modalities.
Lawrence is co-producing a new documentary in the US called “The New Woo”, alongside TereZa and Anthony Lolli of Lolli Brands Entertainment and Biohack Yourself Media.
TereZa and Anthony have a string of amazing documentaries under their belt, including the newly released sHEALed.
The New Woo draws its inspiration from another great film of our times, “The Secret”, and is an exploration of consciousness, energy, and regenerative health – topics which were once thought of as “woo-woo”, which are now gaining momentum in our world and genuine scientific credibility.
I’ve been invited as one of the speakers in this documentary, speaking on two different topics – essential oils and spirituality. We’re filming late October in Seattle at the ISHA Institute of Inner Sciences, for release in the second half of next year.
I’m presently deep diving into a treasure chest of information around essential oil research, plant-to-plant communication, and the ancient history of essential oils.
This has led me on a fascinating journey all the way back to some plates from an 1895 French Archeological Mission, depicting hieroglyphs inside the Chambers of Osiris at the Temple of Isis in Egypt. These are the very same hieroglyphs that Gary Young, the founder of Young Living Essential Oils, photographed and filmed when he was in Egypt.
I feel like such a pioneer, as I discover things that I never knew about essential oils and ancient rituals. I can’t wait to share this information with the world, to awaken others to the tools that are right here at our fingertips.
And essential oils is just one of the topics I’ll be sharing about in The New Woo. The other is about spirituality, and how to awaken our own consciousness so we can live from an inner connectedness that creates harmony, insight and impact.
How do I distil 35 years of spiritual exploration into a one hour interview? Yet this is what I love to do – taking concepts that are ethereal, and anchoring them into analogies and stories that land in people’s hearts. My excitement about this topic is huge!
Adventure #2 – WILDx

After saying “Yes!” to The New Woo I engaged a publicist, Rhonda Swan from Unstoppable Branding Agency. Rhonda has been phenomenal. She has helped me to clarify the uniqueness of my message, and opened many other doors for me, including WILDx.
What’s WILDx? It was borne out of a book series called “Women gone WILD”, and is a real-life stage where visionaries, creators and disruptors can share their ideas and stories with the world, in a forum that values vulnerability, authenticity and thought leadership. It’s commonly referred to as the “American Idol for Speakers”.
On 1st October 2026, I’m up on stage at the Fine Arts Theatre in Beverly Hills as one of 15 visionaries, presenting a 10 minute transformational talk in front of a live audience and a panel of judges.
I’d love to say I’m fully prepped for this, but that’s not the truth. I have the seed of an idea, which is unfolding in those moments when I sit quietly and seek inspiration. Yet I know it will be powerful. I’ve created magic from stage many times before. It’s now about the process of giving life to a message that is incredibly close to my heart – and of being prepared, but not over-prepared, so that magic can flow through me on the day.
I’ve also said yes to an amazing Mastermind experience over the following couple of days with Marie Diamond (Global Feng Shui and Manifestation expert, as featured on “The Secret”), Berké Brown (High Performance specialist), Nick Staab (bestselling author of Selling is Serving), Jules Schroeder (founder of Unconventional Life) and Rhonda Swan (Founder of Unstoppable Branding Agency and Wild Global).
And I’ve been invited to write a chapter in the Dynasty book, the final book in the Women gone WILD best-selling series, scheduled for release in 2027.
What an incredible journey to be on!
Adventure #3 – USA Today’s High Impact Awards

It’s often said that good things come in 3’s.
I was born in the year of the Fire Horse, so this is certainly my year for galloping forward.
I am so honoured to be nominated as one of the Top 5 Healing Leaders creating extraordinary impact in 2026, by USA Today in collaboration with the High Impact Awards.
Even more exciting is that I took out the award as #1 in that category, which recognises leaders whose work focusses on approaches to personal wellbeing, healing, transformation and human development.
I’ll be heading to Los Angeles in December 2026 for the awards gala, and the chance to meet the other incredible people who have been selected for the impact they are making around the world.
My greatest delight in life is to say that one thing, or to give that one gift or tool, which changes another person’s life for the better.
Just today, I received three beautiful messages from women I have worked with in the past couple of weeks:
Kristina wrote: “Oh Artemis, I don’t know how to thank you enough, so I’ll probably sound like I’m on repeat! Thank you!!! You are truly sent by Spirit. I’m just feeling so relieved. I really feel like a completely different switch has been turned on. I’m no longer settling. I’m going to delve deep and look at what else is possible.”
Louise wrote: “Hello beautiful soul, I can’t tell you how grateful I am for both yourself and for Russell. I feel so much better both physically and emotionally….this is absolutely amazing!!! I also have more of an “I can” attitude. I have always been a positive person, but this is next level!!! I am so grateful to you both. THANK YOU.”
Jess said: “I am feeling really good. It’s completely landed for me today. I’m just feeling so safe in my heart. It’s pretty extraordinary to realise. I’m still processing it. I finished my website, set up my healing room…feeling safe in my heart are the words that come to mind.”
Here’s a reminder to each of us that it’s often our smallest acts of kindness and love that can make the biggest difference in another person’s life. It’s what allows another person to felt seen – and that is one of the most healing forces on our Planet.
