On 30th June, one of our Earth Angels grew her wings.
Kylie Bryant was not just a beautiful friend and Soul Sister. She was vibrant, and purpose-driven, and she went without warning. She also was love in action, driven by a desire to make a difference in the world. As I’ve listened to the many stories that have poured in about her kindness to others, I feel such a mix of emotions, from gratitude to joy to deep sorrow and grief. Yet what strikes me the most is how she made others feel.
Kylie showed us what it’s like to care for others even more than you care for yourself. Her care for others was an exceptional quality, and many people’s lives are richer because of this. She reminds us of the importance of the little things we do for others – those small acts of kindness that carry more significance than we could ever realise.
I only wish Kylie had paused just that little bit more, to care equally for herself. Yet when I connect with her Soul, I feel her sheer joy and expansiveness at being on the other side. There is no grief there for her, only excitement, and it reminds me what a beautiful reconnection awaits us all when it’s our time to step beyond the veil of this life and into our next chapter.
